Please read these Terms & Conditions before booking a consultation through astrologybyaaron.com.

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Astrological consultations provided by astrologybyaaron are for informational, educational and entertainment purposes.

​

Astrology is a symbolic and interpretive practice. It is not a science and should not be treated as a statement of fact, professional diagnosis or guarantee of future events.

​

2. Professional Advice

Astrological consultations are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

​

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following a consultation.

​

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

I aim to provide thoughtful and carefully prepared astrological interpretations, but no particular event, outcome or prediction is guaranteed.

​

Any discussion of future possibilities or timing should be understood as interpretation rather than certainty.

​

4. Eligibility and Client Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation.

By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you understand the interpretive nature of astrology.

5. Suitability and Right to Decline a Consultation

Not every consultation will necessarily be a suitable fit.

​

astrologybyaaron reserves the right to decline or cancel a consultation before it takes place where I reasonably believe that the service is unsuitable, outside the scope of my work, there is a conflict of interest, expectations cannot reasonably be met or there is another legitimate reason not to proceed.

​

If astrologybyaaron decides not to proceed with the consultation, you will receive a full refund.

​

6. Confidentiality

Astrological consultations are private and confidential.

Information shared during your consultation will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

​

7. One Client Per Appointment

Consultations are one-to-one. Please do not invite partners, relatives, friends or other guests to join the consultation unless this has been agreed with astrologybyaaron in advance.

​

8. Third-Party Charts

Consultations focus on your own birth chart and circumstances.

astrologybyaaron does not provide readings of third-party birth charts as part of your consultation.

​

9. Recording

I may offer to record your consultation and will always ask for your permission first.

You are under no obligation to have your consultation recorded. Whether or not the session is recorded is entirely your choice.

10. Booking Confirmation

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your appointment details and a link to manage your booking.  Please keep this email.

​

Any permitted changes to your appointment must be made through the manage-booking link in your confirmation email.

​

11. No Voluntary Cancellations or Refunds

Once a consultation has been booked and paid for, astrologybyaaron does not offer voluntary cancellations or refunds if you change your mind or can no longer attend.

​

Subject to any statutory rights that apply, payments are non-refundable.

​

If you need a different appointment time, you may change the date or time in accordance with the policy below.

​

12. Changing Your Appointment

You may change the date and/or time of your consultation provided you do so more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

​

Changes must be made using the manage-booking link in your confirmation email.

​

Once the appointment is within 48 hours, it cannot be rescheduled, transferred or otherwise amended.

​

For example, if your consultation is at 3:00 pm on Friday, any change must be made before 3:00 pm on Wednesday.

​

13. Missed Appointments and Late Arrival

Please join your consultation at the agreed appointment time.

​

I will remain in the consultation room for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

​

If you have not joined within that 15-minute period, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.

No-shows will not normally be refunded or rescheduled.

​

If you arrive late but within the 15-minute period, the consultation may still need to finish at the originally scheduled end time.

​

14. Cancellation by astrologybyaaron

If astrologybyaaron has to cancel your consultation and the consultation does not take place, you will receive a full refund.

​

This also applies where I decide before the appointment that the consultation is not a suitable fit under Section 5.

​

Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.

​

15. Birth Data and Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate birth information, including your date, time and place of birth where required.

​

An inaccurate, approximate or unknown birth time may affect the techniques that can be used and the interpretation provided.

​

If you are unsure of your birth time, please let me know.

​

16. Online Consultations

Consultations are delivered online.

​

You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and access to the relevant video platform.

​

astrologybyaaron cannot accept responsibility for technical problems caused by your device, internet connection or software.

​

If a significant technical issue on my side prevents the consultation from taking place, I will arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund where the consultation cannot be provided.

​

17. Respectful Conduct

All consultations and communications must remain respectful.

astrologybyaaron reserves the right to end a consultation in the event of abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or seriously inappropriate behaviour.

​

18. Privacy and Personal Data

When you book a consultation, I may collect information including your name, email address, birth details and booking information.

This information is used to manage your booking, prepare your chart and provide your consultation.

​

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable UK data-protection law and the Privacy Policy available on astrologybyaaron.com.

Your personal information will not be sold to third parties or used for marketing without the appropriate permission or lawful basis.

​

19. Intellectual Property

Original consultation materials, written interpretations, website content and educational material provided by astrologybyaaron remain the intellectual property of astrologybyaaron unless otherwise stated.

​

Materials provided during your consultation are for your personal use and may not be reproduced, published, sold or commercially distributed without permission.

​

20. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

Where a statutory right cannot legally be excluded, that right will apply.

21. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The version that normally applies to your booking will be the version published on the website at the time your booking is made.
